Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 days upon order confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order and an additional 7-10 business days during high volume business, disaster relief efforts, as well as COVID-19 safety guidelines and increased shipping times + delays.
How will I know when my order ships?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, you must notify Lashes Make Me Happy within seven (7) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@lashesmakemehappy.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
